Helsinki is ready for action!

The entire city

In honour of the Finland 100 centenary year, Helsinki’s birthday will be celebrated over two days in 2017: on 11 and 12 June. Hundreds of free events will be held throughout the city and its local districts, promising something for everyone.

Helsinki Day has become a city festival that offers lots to see and do for people of all ages. The city centre will be filled with people, music and events, but Helsinki Day will also be celebrated outside the centre in the city’s districts.

The complete Helsinki Day programme will be published in May.
